Shipping, Returns, and Privacy

Shipping Policy

We ship our fudge throughout the United States using USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. We will ship your order within two business days and often within the first 24 hours, unless otherwise specified in your order.

During busy holiday periods however, it may take slightly longer. The shipping time will usually vary between 1-3 business days depending on the shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. If you need an order rushed for any reason, please call us to ensure on time delivery is possible.
 
While we cannot take responsibility for shipping issues due to an incorrect address or inclement weather, we will take full responsibility for any errors made by us or our shipping carriers.
 
We offer free shipping on all orders (to one address) of $40 or more within the USA. Otherwise, shipping will cost $7.95 per order within New England or $8.95 outside of New England. These shipping costs does not apply to wholesale or fundraisers, which have their own shipping policies.

Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your fudge’s quality, and we determine the fudge did not meet our quality standards for freshness, taste, and texture, you can return your items for a prompt exchange or refund, whichever you prefer. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the delivery date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, disclosed to third parties or reused without your permission. Payments for Delayed Orders

At checkout, you can specify when you would like your order to arrive by. If this date is at least 3 days in the future, we may delay the processing and shipment of your order to ensure the product arrives fresh before the date the date requested. For technical reasons, your credit card will still be processed at the time of ordering, despite the shipment occurring at a later date.
