While traditionally a "brown sugar" fudge, our Penuche is made with a blend of brown sugar and white cane sugar. A deeply satisfying caramel or dulce de leche experience!

This fudge is considered "plain fudge" in Scotland. It's most similar to the original fudge our family recipe originates from. It's one of our most popular flavors because it's uniquely rich and smooth.
