Linda Carmichael, one of the owners of this family business, grew up in Scotland. As a special treat, her father would make "tablet", a type of Scottish fudge. We improved her father's version by using the same butter-based fudge recipe, but making it softer than the original. The result is a hybrid of Scottish and American fudge that melts in your mouth, is not too sweet, and doesn't have the aftertaste that comes from using too much corn syrup. Our fudge is the best of two worlds, and is quite frankly, irresistible!

We make each batch from scratch, the old-fashioned way without any
preservatives, artificial flavors or colors. We use only the finest ingredients such as real maple syrup, Belgian dark chocolate, natural peanut butter and pure flavor extracts.
