Our fudge is inspired by traditional Scottish fudge. It has a melt-in-your-mouth texture that's not too sweet. Each batch is made from scratch the old-fashioned way without any preservatives, artificial flavors or colors. We use only the finest ingredients such as real maple syrup, Belgian dark chocolate, natural peanut butter and pure flavor extracts. We’re so proud of our fudge that we guarantee it will arrive to you fresh and delicious.

The Mill Fudge Factory is a family business that makes its home in the oldest building in Bristol, NH, a 1767 grist mill. We share this unique old building with our sister business, “The Mill Ice Cream Café” where we make our own homemade ice cream, offer light-fare and host live music concerts.
